Mrs. Alexander is proud to continue serving as the Principal of Sonoran Sky Elementary School and remains committed to fostering a school community where every student is empowered to learn, grow, and succeed.
With more than 25 years of experience in education, Mrs. Alexander has served in a variety of leadership and educational roles throughout her career. Her passion for student achievement and dedication to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment have helped cultivate a school culture where students feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
Mrs. Alexander believes that strong partnerships between school, home, and the community are essential to student success. She is committed to working collaboratively with the talented Sonoran Sky staff, supportive families, and community members to provide meaningful learning experiences that prepare students for future success while nurturing their academic, social, and emotional growth.

It is with great excitement that we welcome Ms. Jennifer Copenhaver as the new Assistant Principal of Sonoran Sky Elementary School!
Ms. Copenhaver brings a deep passion for education and a strong commitment to supporting students, staff, and families. She believes every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in a positive and inclusive school environment where they feel valued, empowered, and inspired to reach their full potential.
As Assistant Principal, Ms. Copenhaver is dedicated to working collaboratively with the talented Sonoran Sky staff, supportive families, and exceptional students to continue fostering a culture of academic excellence, meaningful relationships, and student success. She is excited to build strong connections throughout the school community and help create an environment where every student can flourish.
